Damen offers a wide-ranging portfolio of customer support services, covering the vessel’s complete lifecycle, from start-up, through deployment to lifetime extension. We help our customers achieve their goals in terms of uptime, reliability and lifecycle costs.

Dredging Consultancy

Need advice on your jobsite or dredging tool? Our team of experts are always ready to investigate the site, check soil data and examine the local circumstances. As a result we are able to advise on the choice of dredger, the use of a booster and suggest an efficient pipeline layout. We can also estimate the production of Damen’s dredging tools for a specific job by feeding all of the data from the dredger and the site into special software. This will help the contractor sharpen his estimates, making it easier to acquire the job.

Start-Up

We offer our customers all services necessary for a smooth start-up in the first phase. From Customer Finance, Civil Works and Technical Cooperation to Commissioning & Trials, Ship Delivery and Modular Construction.

Deployment

After delivery of the vessel, our services of course continue with a broad range of options. Our customers have a number of choices to make in the deployment phase; from a Computerised Maintenance Management System (DAMOS CMMS) and Technical Assistance whenever and wherever needed, to Training options and Customer Service Agreements.
