Damen services: The DEPLOYMENT phase

After delivery of the vessel, our services of course continue with a broad range of options. Our customers have a number of choices to make in the deployment phase, from a Computerised Maintenance Management System (DAMOS CMMS) and technical assistance whenever and wherever needed, to training options and Customer Service Agreements.

Warranty Support

At Damen we value the relationship with our customers and that’s why we offer extensive warranty support. We visit customers regularly during the warranty period whether there is a problem or not. And naturally, Damen has the right procedures, people and skills in place to quickly solve any problems that may arise.

Customer Service Agreement

Damen offers customers a combination of products to suit their service requirements during the vessel’s complete lifecycle. Our customers have many advantages that ultimately lead to a reduction of the total cost of ownership, such as increased uptime, extended lifetime, improved reliability and higher residual value. We offer customer agreements in different ways; ranging from a periodical check-up, to “time and material” and “power by the hour”.

Damen Chartering

Damen Shipyards also offers vessels for charter from its own fleet. This gives our customers the opportunity to “try before they buy”. If a customer is in need of a vessel for a certain period of time they have the opportunity to charter this vessel.
